Return Process
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please email support@lunaloved.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.
If your return is accepted, you will be sent detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first would not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you suspect any part of your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email us at support@lunaloved.com with your order number and a photo and description of the damage. Please note that once the product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible due to potential mishandling.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale items may not be returned. Final Sale is marked in the items title. All custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Shipping
The return shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility and will vary based on the courier service selected. If the return is due to our error (such as shipping an incorrect or damaged item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Upon approval, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5-7 business days to post the credit to your account.
